Sabrina's Blessing

Easter Sunday brought a special event Sabrina's Blessing.  She was beautiful in a dress that Grandma Flamm had found.  She was sweet during the blessing, but shortly after she had a blowout.  This is the first she has ever had.  It went through the onesie, her slip, and a few dots on her white dress.  Murphy's Law dictates that she had to chose to do such a thing when dressed in white :) 

 

Her blessing focused a lot of the Spirit being rich in her life.  That it would influence her and that she would learn from it, recognize it, appreciate it, and seek for its guidance.  It was wonderful.  I am so grateful to have the priesthood power effect our lives in such beautiful ways.

Easter

Happy Easter Saturday!!  We had a fun Saturday, Grandma and Grandpa Flamm flew in around 3pm.  After they arrived here we searched for baskets and eggs outside.  It was exciting to find them, and even more exciting to eat the candy in them.  We dyed the eggs last weekend and cleaned up the backyard the past two Saturdays, wo we were all ready.

Happy Birthday, Hyrum.

Hyrum had a great birthday.  He was excited to turn 3.  Dad came home early and we had a party. 

Hyrum was pleased to have all the attention focused on him. 

Hyrum is a fun little boy to have in our home.  He is always on the move.  He loves to climb on furniture as well as all over people.  He loves being the leader, racing, and play.  He can be a great helper, when he feels like he is making the choice to do so.  We love our Hyrum!

Say 'K'

 The past year Hyrum has received Speech through the First Years Program.  Weekly Miss Amy has come to our home and worked with Hyrum to help with his speech.  He has come along way in a year!  Sadly the program ends when he turns 3, so today was the last session.  We will miss having Miss Amy come, but we are excited to see Hyrum continue to progress.  Each day we understand a little bit more!

The Air Show

Kyle and the boys went to the Wings Over Columbus, Heritage to Horizons Air Show at the Air Force base in Columbus, Mississippi.  They were able to see a lot of aircraft and even play inside and around a few of them.  They also got to see the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds fly in the air and do tricks. They had a great time together.

I made dresses for Wendy and Sabrina that matched.  They wore them last Sunday and both looked super cute.
