Spotlight on Zachary

Zachary is such an active boy, that it is sometimes hard to get a still shot that shows how fun he can be. Here are three clips that will help you get a glimpse of Zachary as he truly is.

Zachary loves the Star Wars book at Grandma's house. When Kyle or Grandpa will read it with him he is in heaven. He wanted to read it, but mom and grandma told him that we do not know anything aout the space ships, and asked him to read it to us. Here he is explaining one of the ships in the book.

I just love this clip. It makes me smile everytime I see him topple, and jump right back up. That is his attitude about everything.

Television and the computer can hold his attention when other things cannot. Lately he has wanted to type. He loves to push one letter and watch it fill the page.

Spotlight on Wendy

Firsts for Wendy

Being only one month old meant there were lots of firsts. Wendy had her first bath, this picture is of the 3rd or 4th bath; however, this was the first one in a sink. She likes the water, she just curls up and relaxes. She also was able to meet all of here great-grandparents this month, This photo is with great-grandma Schwieder. Wendy also began having fun un a swing. We purchased this one at the beginning iof the month. She likes watching the bars as she swings past them.

A week at Grandma & Granndpa's

Kyle went to Alabama for a week on business. I decided that it was a perfect time to visit my parents and allow them the joy of helping with the children. Tammie and Rob also spent the week, so there were two babies and two little boys to keep us occupied. We had a great time.

Zachary and Eric love Grandma's play clothes. Here they are modeling hats. Zachary has a witches or magicians hat and Eric is in a stylish umbrella hat.

Rob was a great father figure. When he came home from studying, Eric always greeted him. He often played with him and Zachary. Here they are on the trampoline.

Abigail and Wendy enjoyed their time together. At least they usually chose different times to be grumpy.

Thanks John and Gundl

Take me out the the Ballgame!!

Kyle's work celebrated their last implementation by attending a Salt Lake City Bees baseball game. The entire family was able to go. The boys had a great time, especially when they were given balls from John and bats from Gundl, some of Kyle's co-workiers. Thanks, the boys really like them. It was also fun to show off Wendy. Here are some pictures of the following day playing baseball.

Abigail Van Dyke

Abigail has arrived!

Tammie and Rob's baby has arrived. Little Abigail was born yesterday, July 7, 2009 at 6:16pm. Both baby and mother are doing well. Abigail was 8lbs 8oz and 22 in long. Compared to Wendy she is a giant, but a mighty cute one. Here are some pictures of the happy family and beautiful little girl. Of course I had to put the couple with Wendy in as well.
