Rain, Rain Come Again Another Day

One evening Kyle was using the hose to water in some fertilizer stakes. The boys wanted to have fun too, so Kyle started having it 'rain' on them. At first it was just a drop here and there, but pretty soon they were very wet, and having a grand time. I only got a bit on video, however; it does give you a good idea of the joy kids and parents can get out of little things.

The Sandbox

We had a few days of nice weather. The boys loved playing in the sandbox. Most of the time they played well together. Every once in a while sand ended up on heads, in mouths, or other places it should not be. It is fun to have the boys at a stage that they will play together. Eric loves to tell us to "come on" directing us how and where to play. Zachary also likes to tell us what toys are available for us and which ones he claims at the moment. I'm very good at telling the boys I am tired and to play nice. What a happy family!

Mommy Wow! Zach's a Big Boy Now!

Zachary is growing up. He finally is interested in potty training. March 21st he woke up and asked to wear underwear, he has been wearing them ever since. YAY!!! Of course there are plenty of accidents we deal with, but overall he is doing very well. Just the fact that he wants to use the potty make his parents vert happy. We were wondering if we would have 3 children in diapers.

The new addition

Well we did it! We purchased a new (well new to us) car. We knew we would need one when our little one joins our family, but decided to get it in time for Emily and Brad's wedding. It will hopefully be a more comfortable ride to Washington. Here it is our new addition.

As you can see it is silver in color. Our choices were not very broad so this was the best color. I have to say that I actually like it and the gray interior is very soothing. Happy trails.

Family Fun!

Well, it has been awhile since I have posted anything. So here are a few pictures that show Zachary and Eric participating in March activities.

Getting ready for a walk to the park, reading together, and viewing fish at the aquarium. We have had a busy fun month.

Visit to Grandma & Grandpa

The boys and I went up to Idaho Falls the first week of March. The reason we went was to see Todd, since he had just returned from his mission. He spoke on Sunday. We decided to spend a bit more time because Kyle had rollout and so he was always working. (This is not an exageration, in one two day period he worked 35 hours)

Here they are on the drive up. This was one of the most peaceful times during the trip.

The boys had a great time, drawing on ceilings, receiving attention from numerous people, and enjoying new toys.
