Eric decided to step in front of a swing yesterday!! It was a traumatic experience. Eric reacts to pain or discomfort by running around. He will not sit still to be cleaned up, or just simply to contain the mess. A couple of weeks ago he was sick and throwing-up. I tried to get him to throw-up in a bowl, but every time he simply ran all over whatever room he was in, it made for quite the clean up. The same thing happened with a bloody nose. His face was a sight after he finally settled down. I did not take a photo then, but here is a picture of his shiner this morning.

New Family Photo

Last weekend Zachary discovered that the camera had a button that would delay when the picture would be taken. We used this discovery to talk him and Eric into a family photo. So, here it is!!!

Girls Camp here we Come!!

I love serving with the Young Women. They teach me a lot. Last week we had a camp activity where we started certification, determined the menu for camp (we are going to eat well), and decorated the flag (shown above). I was impressed with their creativity. Our theme is Life's an Adventure. . . BE STRONG with a superhero sub-theme. The girls each designed a letter and signed their names. We had a great time.

Transferred!!!
Illinois here we come!!!
The news we knew would be coming has finally arrived..
Kyle is being transferred to the Illinois project, located in the capital, Springfield.
.
He is supposed to be there in 3 weeks!
.
We are not exactly sure how we are going to work out the details, but I may stay here with the kids for a bit while we get things arranged here in Kaysville. We are going to miss this area the ward and being at least semi-close to my family. I have already told Kyle we will need a bigger vacation budget to pay for plane tickets. Anyway, wish us luck!!
April Fools
I hope at least a few people fell for this. To set the record straight
Kyle has not been transferred. We are still in and loving UTAH!
