Charlotte's Web Day was a fun filled day for all the 3rd graders. They spent about a month reading Charlotte's Web in their class and then had a field day. They painted pumpkins, went on a hay ride, saw real pigs and spiders, and had plenty of snack and played plenty of games. We went and had a picnic lunch with Zachary and then stayed and helped with the pumpkin painting booth. Hyrum had a great time painting his own pumpkin.

DeleteI love Charlotte's Web. Wonderful book. So fun to base a whole field day on it. These city kids need a bit of the country experience! Did you ever think your kids would be "city kids"?
