We spent one day of Easter Break at Paraparaumu Beach, about 45 min drive north. Although a bit chilly if you just sat, it was a gorgeous day and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. So did I! We started with a picnic, and then feeding the many birds. Then to the playground and finally some time on the beach and in the sand. What Fun!!
